Well our Bus Broke down outside of Tucson & our Bus driver took us here at TTT stop to escape from the HEAT.   What a blessing to able to eat here at Omar's.  A true Americana Place!!!! Food was excellent & service on point considering a bus of 50++ passengers invaded the restaurant.

We like the catfish, sweet potato, tuna salad & the homemade chips. If you're near stop on by.

Good selection of cake & pie too.

    ThAnk you So Much everyone.

Ok place with truck stop-like menu and food. Chicken fried steak was chopped and formed, then frozen and fried. Hash browns weren't fresh either. Gravy was ok, nothing stellar about it. The over easy eggs were well prepared and the sourdough toast was good. The service was passable. The wife said her chili relleno was good.

Four of us came for breakfast yesterday and we all left stuffed.  Bottom line: extensive breakfast menu, huge portions, friendly diner service, perfectly cooked eggs.

I had Omar's favorite.  I am a big eater, but I still left behind two tortillas and some beans.  I have never had over easy eggs so perfectly cooked (see photo) - they were light and fluffy almost.  The enchiladas were good and the shredded beef went well with everything.  I like their beans too.

The two ladies with us had the half-O, and the portions were perfect for them.  The other fellow had the belly buster, and couldn't come close to finishing it.  He left behind the sausage patty, half the pancakes and some egg whites that he just could not shovel in.

We love the waitresses here.  They are the archetypal diner waitresses, and do a great job.

Good place to go if you are *really* starving with the huge portions.  The food was good, but not spectacular - I'd put it in the "comfort food" category.

Lisa was very friendly and accommodating. She checked in on us often and it enhanced our experience. It was the best blue cheese I've ever had, which is saying a lot as I grew up 1 hour from the origin of buffalo wings and blue cheese. Friends had the most delicious chicken fried steak. Very tasty and the batter was delectable. 10/10 would recommend you to stop here. Amazing service and scrumptious food!
